It sort of IS a big deal if your house COBs and does informal every semester. That means you can't keep the people you have and are financially so weak that you have to replace every single person who leaves. That's very different from houses that do it only once in a long while. My house is on the list for the first time in almost a decade. It's a shock to us because we don't really know how to do this. Contrast that with houses that do it all the time. Big difference.
