rushing 2.5

I have a 2.5 gpa but a very high act and a letter explaining why my gpa is low (because of sickness). Do you think that the sororities will overlook my bad grades if they really like me and find my explanation acceptable?

a 2.5 is pretty low. most houses you will need at least a 3.0 although some houses might take you. but not theta kappa chi o pi phi or tri delt

Legacies at my house are only invited back for one day as a courtesy. Then you will be cut for grades automatically, legacy or not. I'm sorry :(

also - what are you expecting to do with that letter? bring it to every house and let everyone you meet read it? i hope you sent that to every recruitment chair for each house, otherwise no one will know.
