I have a couple cousins and aunts that were in sororities at different universities but I don’t really have that many connections at Mizzou. What do you think are the chances of me getting a bid?

I also am from out of state and knew NO ONE when I went through recruitment. I actually think I had an advantage because no one had some random high school grudge against me and I was able to create my own, real first impression. I did really well and felt that I was given a chance at each and every house. I would recommend going through formal rush in August because it's the only way to see every house. The sororities that participate in informal traditionally are not the best. One more thing. College is a time to do what you want and follow your heart. If your post truly is sincere, you should stop caring what others have to say and forge your own path.
