no alcohol in chapter housees

I'm looking at the judicial review of greek life from last year, can fraternities not have alcohol in the house or something? Why are there so many "alcohol in chapter house" infractions? How do they throw parties?

there are so many infractions because none of the chapter care that much and party anyway

last fall IFC made requirements that chapters had to meet in order to be allowed to have alcohol in the house. wet houses have a lot less to worry about in regards to alcohol compared to dry houses

So what do houses have to do in order to be wet? Are other houses moving towards becoming wet?

have to have chapter GPA above all-men's average
