top tier fraternities

Can't really say much to your benefit, but I think of the Phi Kapps as Athletic and DU is Athletic but also throw crazy parties. Beta is known as being rich and really smart, but know that they don't participate in homecoming so they can keep their grades up.

DeltSig is tons of fun, but I know I didn't think that until after I hung out with the guys when they were sober. I never had a ton of fun there at a party before I knew anyone. LXA is awesome! Lambda Chi is full of attractive and usually really nice guys that are pretty intelligent. I definitely think that they are overlooked because they don't usually place well in competitions. I know that I love going over there whenever I have a ride no matter what day of the week it is. LXA is also getting a new house soon though, so either next year or the year after they won't have one because it'll be demolished so they can build a new one, I don't think their house is bad at all but they got some warrant saying that it was condemned or something.

I personally hate LXA because a ton of kids I went to high school with are in Lamba Chi and they were all jerks then and they are jerks now. I've never had a fun time at Lamba Chi. DeltSig is cool. I've talked with a lot of the guys just around campus, they're really sociable and laid back. Plus Dog Days is always a blast.
