I think everybody is waiting on grades to be posted before this conversation happens because grades are a huge factor, but without grades I'd say the top five houses are....

Pi Phi
Tri-Delta

I am a former member of PanHell. I can't tell you which are the Top 5 houses because that's very subjective. There is a house for every type of person who wants to be part of the Greek system. I can tell you, however, that these are the Top 5 houses in terms of number of PNM's preferences. In other words, these are the houses that are the most selective because they are by far are listed by PNM's as wanting to return. In other words, they rank highest on PNMs lists. They are (in order)
Theta
PiPhi
Tri Delta
ADPi
Chi Omega

Now, I'm sure this isn't a surprise to anyone. What they have in common is that they are all sororities with lovely houses and strong nationals behind them. They have been on campus the longest, have great sisterhoods and most of them make an effort to choose a diverse pledge class. But there are many other houses that are very strong and if you want to be part of the Greek system you can find a place where you will fit in and develop lifelong friends. And that's what it's all about.

That list seems pretty accurate and I have heard about that "rate of return" ranking before. Some houses pretty much get whoever they want while other houses have to settle for second, third and fourth choices. Does anyone else know the rest of the list?
