top sorority houses?

It is generally accepted that PiPhi and GPhiare top, but for different reasons. PiPhi is smart and indy, with lots of pretty girls but isn't known just for that. GPhi has lots of beautiful girls who know how to have fun, but they would never win a battle of the brains. TriDelt remains a strong house without just one stereotype, but these days is probably not top, rather on par with ChiO, Kappa, ADPi and DG, who also tend to get who they want during recruitment. The thing is, different houses stand for different things, so it all depends on what you value. Overall the whole sorority system is strong, and there are just a few houses I would stay away from because they aren't on firm financial footing. Those are the houses that COB semester after semester. There's a reason they have retention issues: poor grades and lack of loyalty, to be specific. Just stay away from them and you will be all set.

agreed, was just going to say DG and ADPi don't get their top choices but then I noticed the same "stay away from houses who COB" tangent that the APhi stalker tends to go on... Suddenly the ADPi/DG being selective comment makes sense.

Who said anything about Alpha Phi? Project much? I also would put Theta into the group at the top that does well during recruitment and is selective. And I agree that DG is making great strides.

You SHOULD stay away from houses that COB all the time. Once in awhile is fine, but if it happens all the time they have serious retention issues. Everyone knows that. If you don't like it, fix the problem.

Of those listed above only PiPhi, GPhi and ChiO get who they want. The others are not as selective.
