recruitment stereotypes

These houses go for the same type of girls:
Chi o, kappa, theta: go for well rounded lots of extra curricula's, emphasis on grades and connections. Don't care about looks as much as quality girls!
Tri delt, G phi: Always get the fun party girls. These houses are consistently the top rushed and ALWAYS are the hottest.
KD,AD PI, AXO: go for the well-rounded girls who couldn't get into chi o, kappa, , etc.
A phi, DG, zeta, pi phi: party girls who are a step below tri delt and g phi in all other aspects
Phi mu, sigma: take the leftovers

I agree but I wouldn't say that Kappa/Chi-O/Theta don't care about looks because they have a lot of really pretty girls. I'd say if they had to choose between a bombshell with nothing to offer and a girl-next-door who was well rounded, they'd pick the girl next door.
And I'd say that this year Pi Phi hot a hotter pledge class than GPhi did. I'd also venture to say that DG is letting their stock fall dramatically.

chio, theta, kappa, adpi=go for involved and good personalities (not looks)
zeta, dg, and alpha phi="hot" party girls (not as good of grades as pi phi and tridelt)
kd, axo, sk=sweet girls, average
phi mu, tri sigma=the best of what they can get

Zeta is with phi Mu and sigma. Cuter girls, and get the best of the worst, but they're still a left over house no matter how hard they try to fit in with the " hot party girls"

Pi phi is so overrated in looks. They care more about grades and personality than they do about looks. They're girls are more hit or miss than this website makes them sound. They're actually a very average house. Half are very pretty, half got in because they're smart and funny. They're very girl next door for the most part. Past pledge classes like four years ago may have been prettier, but they just aren't on a crazy beautiful level. But they have a ton of quality girls. Just my opinion. I'm always over there, my best friend is a pi phi.

Pi Phi is super popular during rush, they recruit stunning and amazing girls who excel across the board and then after recruitment they just disappear. What is it about Pi Phi that makes them such a top rushed house during recruitment but then nobodies during competitions/social stuff? I don't get it.

I agree with "Pi Phi", they recruit some quality girls for sure, but you dont hear much about them after. I also agree with "O" that they are extremely overrated with looks. way more hit or miss than many would guess. Although of the pretty ones they do get, they are very quality and have the whole package. However, Id say about 65% of that house is unattractive girls with awesome personalities.

ADPi DOES NOT care about looks! Have you seen some of the butchy girls in that house?!! They are also very awkward. Just like ChiO-half cool girls, 1/2 unattractive, odd over-zealous weirdos. A lot of people think Pi Phi disappears after Rush because they take a lot of stoners. Lots of cute girls who smoke weed & just chill once they get in the house.

k lets get over the whole, butchy girl in adpi thing now. youre only saying that because you read it on greek rank just like you read that pi phi is full of stoners. adpi has very attractive girls and have recently been recruiting more on looks. sooo get your facts straight,

ADPi does not recruit cute girls like none of the girls I know in ADPi are "stunners". No group of guys (in relevant frats) is gonna get excited over any ADPis coming to their party, and no group of PNMs is gonna revel over their beauty. Sorry but that's just the truth. I thought it was hilar during recruitment they would put a few gorgeous girls in the front of the door stack or to stand outside the door, then once you got inside and actually talked to them none of the adpis were cute

guys really dont care if youre a tri delt or an adpi. as long as youre not a bottom tier house im pretty positive that they will get excited to have you at a party if youre hot. ive never heard a guy say, "ew, a group of adpis is here. they might be pretty cute but theyre adpis so i dont want them." like come on. as long as youre in a decent house, if youre hot, they really dont give a crap. like at all.

Agreed. Hate on Pi Phi all you want but they are always near the top in grades and they Rush well. Top house for sure.
