Not all houses COB'd this year. Tri Delt, Gphi, Pi Phi, Kappa, Chi O, Theta did not COB

Most of those houses were under quota still, their nationals just didnt make them cob. Honestly COBing doesnt mean anything this year because all but 2 houses were recommended to cob...it just depends how strict their nationals are

^^EXACTLY! I have been trying to get this thought all semester to people. I am in a house who generally does not COB. And I am in the group above who apparently didn't COB... If you aren't in the house you generally don't know because it is usually kept on the DL. A good friend of mine was COBed to TriDelt this spring along with a couple others, they just kind of know who they are going to choose before the semester starts. GPhi has been under total every spring since I've been in college and they never COB because their nationals don't care.
