Every house but 2 were under chapter total this spring. Obviously it is entirely to high since so many houses COBed and the others that didn't were not pressured by there nationals to do so or just didnt because of it's negative connotations.

I thought KD always COBs? maybe they didn't have to this year because they COBed a giant class of over 114 girls last year.
