which houses had the worst return rates?

Not everyone has the "top" houses when they fill out their final bid card, or receive their bid (if they get one).
And that is OK!
Because not everyone fits/wants the "top tier" house. Believe me, there are trade offs if you are selected by some random reasons (if you know someone already in the house).
The "top tier" houses are populated with everyone who are cut from the same cloth.
Part of the reason they call themselves "top tier" - they perpetuate this myth. Quality people are members of ALL the Mizzou houses!
Personally, I prefer to widen my horizons and meet/become friends with incredible individuals who are their own person. No matter which house they inhabit.

I'm probably going to be accused of being a troll, but the return rates are widely known (whether PanHell likes it or not). Top five were PiPhi, Theta, ChiO, TriDelt and ADPi. Biggest gains over 2016 were DG, Zeta and Kappa. (Yes, new houses make a difference). Biggest percentage drop in return rates were GPhi and APhi. I don't remember the houses at the bottom of the list because we didn't spend much time talking about that in exec. And if you don't like the results, by all means just call me a troll instead of working within your house to do better.

LOL "percentage drop in return rates" that's a new one. Funny how with this well known list you still could answer everything EXCEPT OPs question. PS: everyone wouldn't be calling you a troll if these return rates we as "well known" as you say they are.

The same person with exact same choice of words keeps begging us to believe these rates are "widely known" in order to validate the BS her troll ass put forward. However, those of us who go to mizzou understand how these things actually work. Sure maybe you saw return rates released on some other GR website you troll but not all PHA is the same, you GDI. There's a reason so many girls upvote posts about how these results exist, you can give up now..... PS: if you have a PDF you could have actually answered the OPs question quite easily but you couldn't because you don't even attend mizzou...

^ clearly was written by someone who doesn't know a thing about top tier houses. When you are among the most selective houses, you use that to diversify as much as you can. That's why the best houses feature geographic diversity (within Missouri and out of state), a mix of women who excel in a wide range of areas (from soccer stars to musical prodigies to debate standouts etc.), introverts, extroverts, scholarship students, wealthy girls and more. To say everyone in a top house is "cut from the same cloth" is absolutely incorrect. About the only way the women chosen to be in a top house are NOT diverse is that they all must make grade cuts. Of course every sorority on this campus has quality members. No one is saying otherwise. But as a member of a top tier house I am sick of uninformed people on this site making generalizations they know nothing about. I can assure you that members of top houses are not cloned robots, but absolutely "their own person."
