They aren't as big as they used to be and are pretty low-key nowadays. Haven't seen much activity from them, and in terms of "tiers" I've seen them get placed in lower middle a lot. But seriously, this is from a outside perspective, there's no way to tell what a house is like unless you meet some of the brothers in person. Go with the house you connect with the most instead of the highest tiers because tiers change over the years while brotherhood lasts for a lifetime.
