Top Tier (no particular order since they're all known for very DIFFERENT DISTINCT things) Chi Omega, Delta Delta Delta, Gamma Phi Beta, Kappa Alpha Theta, Kappa Kappa Gamma, Delta Gamma. There are the good ones here. If anyone has something bad to say about any of these it's because they got cut from one of them. end of story. These are unarguably the hardest most exclusive houses to get into on this campus. Also the most talked about houses, they get a lot of hate, but its because they're by far the most well known.
Middle Tier: Alpha Chi Omega, Kappa Delta, Sigma Kappa, Alpha Phi, Alpha Delta Pi, No one really cares one way or another. The girls are hit or miss. Not bad, they're fine. They get good girls, good grades, pretty involved, just don't have that special spark or "fame" around campus that top tier houses have. Again, not bad, girls would due lucky to get in here.
Bottom: Sigma Kappa, Phi Mu, Tri Sigma Keep trying, guys! better then being a geed, I suppose

Sigma Kappa bottom and middle? Put them in the middle because they did well at RAMS and are COBing well, can't say the same for Tri-Sigma and Phi Mu. Also, DG is middle tier and that was a cute try that you tried to sneak them in the top. Their upper middle but still MIDDLE. You forgot Zeta which belongs in the middle tier and Pi Phi I'd also stick near lower upper tier and upper middle in light of the hazing scandal. I'm not sure where they'll fall after this all gets sorted out.
MY opinion.
The Top: Tri-Delta, Chi-O, Kappa Alpha Theta, GPhi, KKG
Upper Middle ((Almost top)): DG and Pi Phi. Better than middle but not quite top
Middle of the road: KD, AChiO, ADPi, Zeta, SK, Alpha Phi
Bottom: Sigma and Phi Mu

Most will agree with this! The top tier is considered top in at least one area. The mid top does well but usually plays second fiddle to a top house. However all the top and mid top houses are very sought out at rush! And although SK did so well in Rams, it is just too early to make them mid.

In what world is DG better than Chi O? They are middle tier at best. And since when is AXO better than KD or Zeta?

Yeah I totally agree with this! Anyone who doesn't think DG, TriDelt, and GPhi aren't the top three are probably freshman and really don't know anything. They have been the top for a long time and really nothing can change that. I'm in one of the "low" houses and still know my place. Right after those three I would say Chi O and Pi Phi. Then Kappa then Theta and then the rest don't matter. Sorry if you think anything else you're wrong.

^THANK YOU! DG was top about a billion years ago and haven't recovered. GPhi has NEVER been top and never will be until they can up their retention, grades, and involvement. Gphi is known as the "wannabe" top house for a reason, they live on this site and will argue with anyone that will listen!
