Well..... This is another stupid post.
DU is gone and sig chi is on probation again. Most fraternities cant conduct themselves with class and dignity. The house is a building. The membership or character of the chapter is what matters.

I am thinking it means the building... Since 2 of these houses have been here 100 plus years, and 1923 is not all that recent either.
