theta deserves to be top tier

Theta deserves to be top tier. My house competes with them for grades and in comps every single semester and it baffles me they're not considered top tier yet. You don't have to remove anyone from the top tier to admit Theta has more than earned their spot there. What more can they that they haven't already? Keeping them in the middle tier with houses like DG and KD is so silly. Let's get a reality check.

That's why there is an upper and lower mid tier. Theta is upper mid along with kappa and axo. Those three houses are overall stronger than lower mid: DG, adpi, KD

I agree with this. Some of my best friends are in theta and I know quite a few girls in chi o that had theta as their second choice. I even know at least 3 girls that preferenced theta before chi o and didn't get it. They put on a competitive rush, they are all really sweet girls and always do well in involvement and grades. I think I saw somewhere that they have 2 or 3 girls up for homecoming queen too. Theta is underrated!

Theta IS top tier. Has been for awhile, so save your breath. When TriDelt took a nosedive a few years ago, Theta cemented its top tier status, along with PiPhi, ChiO and Gamma Phi. Now that GPhi isn't doing very well (their rush was not great), Theta is even a more solid top tier house. So here they are:
ChiO
PiPhi
Theta
GPhi
and AdPi? Kappa? Possibly TriDelt?

Correction: gphi DID have a good recruitment. Adpi had a Decent recruitment (I actually thought they didn't but I guess it wasn't better as compared to years past for their individual house) but not enough to boost them past kappa or AXO.

Top 5 houses: chi o, pi phi, theta, gphi, kappa/axo?

Is one PC enough for kappa to jump to top? AXO was the top of mid tier and had a good recruitment too.

Tri delt is no longer competitive with top houses.

AXO is so sketchy, naturally the one poster who didn’t think ADPi had a good recruitment also thinks AXO is #1 of the top tier. Give me a break, I could confuse your chapter with zetas. AXO isn’t even close to top tier
