Nationally, these 3 are the strongest/best houses overall and are USUALLY top or mid-tier at most schools.

PIPHI, THETA, are strong but not top or mid-tier as often across the country as the Super 3.

CHIO, DDD, ZETA, GPB are strong but top less often than the above.

AXO, KD, ADPi, AGD are top only on occasion and are slightly more regional.

AXD is never top and not nearly in the same catagory as the above.

PHIMU, AEPHI, SDT, DPE, AOPI are even weaker than AXD.

SSS, PSS, ASA, TPA are just totally unknown, generally speaking.

Did I forget any??

I think you missed SK, I'd stick them with AGD. Not bad but I'd move DDD down, very strong in the south but SO weak everywhere else.

If only you knew what you were talking about. This is so wrong on so many levels that I don't know where to start. So I won't. But I have to say I hate it when people spout off their opinions without any statistics to back it up.

TFM ranked APhi, DG and Pi Phi as the chapters with the most top houses so the top 3 isn't that off based on that "source of info." Houses that are strong in the SEC seem to be weak in the rest of the country

There is definitely some truth in this list. Phi Mu is typically pretty strong in the south but not good anywhere else so I might put them with ADPi and KD. ADPi is fairly strong wherever I've seen them.
