Will Pi phi or theta COB any more? I liked them during recruitment but I dropped.. I couldn't find any information online..

Neither house will openly tell girls they are COBing, you have to have connections in the house to even be considered.

KKG, Theta, PiPhi, and ChiO(sometimes ADPi) don't typically have to COB due to their retention rates throughout the 4 years of college their girls attend. Heard Gphi doesn't really have to anymore either. If girls are happy where they're at, don't expect COB's to happen. (Also AXO is almost there)
