All- does kkg ever cob or participate in informal rush? Coming this spring to mizzou as a freshman. Open to other houses as well but my mother was a kappa at another school. Thanks for any input.

Do yourself a favor and go through formal rush in fall. It's the only way to see all of the houses and the best way to choose a house after you see all 15. COBing and spring rush are really sketchy. No one really knows how it works since houses are not required to talk with all the girls who sign up for informal. Most of the houses are lazy and just take friends anyway, which is why they have to do informal in the first place: they aren't seeking the best girls available. Just more of the same. Plus it is blatantly discriminatory. I know some minority women who signed up for informal and weren't invited to even one event.

I appreciate that info xoxo. A little more about me- I will be a sophomore in the fall also out of state. Does kkg honor the legacy rule as my mother calls it?? Also no friends that currently go to mizzou so I know no one. Coming for journalism. Thanks again for input.
