by: WonderingDo we know how many women dropped in the last days of recruitment when they weren't pleased with their choices? It seems to me that fewer dropped, which might mean more women were more intent on being Greek than being in a top house. I doubt there are stats on this, but anyone care to share their observations? I know that when I went through rush in 2016 people were dropping like crazy.

I think fewer women dropped. I am in a house that at times has had trouble making quota and in the past have lost as many as 20% of the people we asked back for pref day. This year we lost a lot of girls after the second round, but not nearly as many as in the past for pref day. It was a different sort of recruitment.

That's a blatant lie. The same person who is peddling that B.S. told me that 11 girls who got into Alpha Phi didn't show up ever.
