^ This is the one. High standards, excellent retention, diverse members, no drama. So many types of girls that anyone can find their niche, which explains the excellent retention. Plus its members are REALLY proud of their sorority.

I guess I'd add AXO to the list. And maybe Kappa, if it can put together back to back successful recruitments. One good rush isn't enough.

What? disregard theta and adpi if you are looking at grades. But the question was-top tier. Has nothing to do with grades-so actually they might now be included.

With recruitment behind us, I think we can agree XO and PiPhi once again got the girls they wanted and further cemented their top tier status. I think Gamma Phi dropped out of the Top 3, however, and TriDelt hasn't made it back up to the top. So there must be a new contender. Theta is a possibility because they also get the girls they want, even though it's not a very well-rounded group. So are ADPi, Kappa and AXO, who each had a very strong recruitment. I don't know enough about any of those three to say which belongs in the top 3, but I think we can agree PiPhi, XO, Kappa, ADPi and AXO all belong in the top tier. With Theta, GPhi and Tridelt at the top of middle tier. Amazing, isn't it, how one rush can make such a big difference?
