phi kappa psi

I've been looking to rush somewhere and have been hearing about phi psi a lot on campus. I heard of other guys even dropping houses to go there. Does anyone else know anything about them? How're they supposed to be?

They don't throw parties and I think they are fairly new but I have heard of guys dropping frats to join them. They have a nice house so I could see them becoming a bigger frat this year

I think he is saying they just got their charter back. They had been suspended. House is old (and historic?) and I think they are looking at replacing, just don't know when.

It was the first fraternity house west of the Mississippi! So yeah it's pretty darn historic. Wish they would just redo the inside, it'd be a shame to tear it down
