Yes, many do. But the top houses don't. And I wouldn't count on joining a sorority in spring because there's no guarantee you will even be asked to a house after you sign up much less get a bid.

Several top houses did last year and some lower tier didn't. It's different every year.

Most top houses don't. Some nationals won't let their houses do spring rush.
