Compare Beta, Phi kapp, sig chi, DU, Pike, and KA. What makes them top houses and what are the bad things about each? Do you think these are really the top houses?

They are all the same. Just Phi Kap, Beta, and Sig Chi get better grades and have all the money. DU, KA, and Pike all work and party more but get terrible grades. Just depends on your preference. Delt, Pi Kap, and Delt Sig are great houses too. Sig Nu is coming up also
