how is pc17?

Overall I think NM 17 was cheerful and pleased with their bids! i didn't get to see everyone's new member class but here are some chapters that stuck out to me:
Gphi, pi phi, kappa, axo, all had some gorgeous new members! Also saw new members from KD who were happy. Adpi and zeta seemed to have a quiet celebration. Not saying that's bad, just the houses around them seemed to be really having a good time perhaps outshining them.

I mean this is just from social media accounts but tri delt still isn't pulling as physically attractive girls as they used to. I was hoping they would get their mojo back but idk. Which I mean looks don't equal the quality of the girls so this is just my opinion from what I've seen

The problem that alums had with TriDelt is that they went just for the attractive girls and their reputation as an all-round quality house slipped. I would be surprised if they went back to just rushing on looks, since that got them into trouble. I have heard from some of my friends that TriDelt once again competed with PiPhi and Chio, so that tells me they did very well. And here's a hint, if you are judging ahouse by their social media, you are making a mistake.

i'm glad to hear that! The caption was a bit confusing and I thought it sounded like it was their pledge class. Phi Mu is filled with amazing women and I'm glad they had a successful recruitment!

Quota was set at 63, but those houses that were below house totals were allowed to take additional girls.

Are you talking retention rate or return rate? Can't possibly know retention because that's determined semester by semester. Kappa's return rates were better than their usual average, but not as good as ChiO, Gamma Phi and PiPhi.

Yes that makes since because they are always needing to fill their house and were most likely under chapter average... let's see how many they can keep this year.

"Makes since"????? Really??? I guess this is how we know Alpha Phi hasn't caught on that the tone of Greekrank has changed. How about we use this new school year as an opportunity to 1) be civil 2) not broadcast our ignorance on this site. From what I know, Zeta did extremely well. In fact, most houses did. So let's be positive and hopeful that the new members of our Greek community work hard to keep our standards high.

Zeta couldn't fool PNMs into joining this year despite the new house. They struggled all week to keep up with their competition in phi mu and SK. Bottom tier overall did not do great this year. Maybe COB will help?

Why is it you can't say something nice about Zeta without the Zeta hater immediately firing back? Is she on here ALL THE TIME? How sad is that? The reality is that Zeta did really well and you don't have to be a Zeta to post the obvious. The new house helped. So did the fact that Zeta is raising their standards and choosing the kinds of girls that are outgoing and personable, which helps a lot during recruitment. Now, within the hour the Zeta hater will accuse me of being a Zeta and of not being truthful. But we all know that Zeta and their new house are on the rise.

What?! Look at any aphis? I heard they were VERY disappointed-looking at social media-I'd say yes they were..aphi is a huge national chapter-they need to set some high stayfor mizzou -but that's nothing new
