I mean I honestly wouldn't recommend giving them a chance because they're at great risk of being shut down, only accept a bid from tridelt if you're willing to take that risk... they are a trainwreck

First you try to tell us Mizzou is going to be shut down. Now you are insisted TriDelt will be shut down. Neither could be further from the truth. How about, instead, YOU shut down, because you clearly haven't a clue about what you are talking about. Bye, Felicia.

by all means, base your selection on what your mom, aunt and grandma tell you. Just because you are in college, you wouldn't want to make up your own mind now, would you? I know I always do EVERYTHING my mother tells me.

Well, yes, they do have quite a few seniors, actually. But that doesn't mean you should based your decision according to what people who were here generations ago have to say. And clearly they aren't active and supportive alums or they would believe in the direction TriDelt is going now that changes have been made.

Some people on here won't like this comment but there is a lot of misinformation on this site. For now you might want consider this to be a rumor all that the seniors didn't leave. You have a close friend in that particular sorority here at Mizzou or a sibling who happens to be a member in that particular sorority and they tell directly that all the seniors are gone I just would assume it might not be true. The chance of a house that reports Spring 2017 grades for 243 members probably isn't going anywhere. The sorority also reported grade for 69 new members last fall and 14 new members for spring 2017.
I hope you find the right house for you and that you can ignore the negative comments that are sure to follow on this site.

They never were on probation and there was never a risk that the university would shut them down. But nice try.

They were on probation for sure... they had to make Delt have a "date party" just so they could have a marriage party last homecoming because houses on probation can't have socials. Also it was mentioned in the news report of hazes that one sorority was on probation and everyone at Mizzou knows it was Tri delt

Actually, it wasn't. TriDelt's alums got involved because it was bordering on just being another pretty house and letting its standards slip. It went through some adjustments that resulted in kicking some girls out, but it will be stronger in the long run. It was never on probation and it has never been in danger of closing. So far rush has been going really well for them so let's not believe the pettiness and lies on this site. Most girls would be lucky to get a bid from TriDelt.

TriDelt is a strong house and you'd be lucky to get a bid there, but hopefully you are keeping an open mind about all the houses you are visiting because there are great things about every house to love!
As far as the chatter about "no seniors left", it's not uncommon for some seniors (and even juniors) to deactivate / take alum status.
