what are the opinions on Theta Chi and SAE??

Both have really nice guys and are overall good fraternities. Can't go wrong with either.

SAE >> Theta chi
Theta chi still has some weird guys

Both of the houses are great! pros and cons for each. Theta chi has great tailgates, different kind of guys, still new, small house. SAE is a bit more off campus, but the house is one of the biggest at Mizzou, great guys, and have great house parties. Hope this helps

What is Sigma Nu like at Mizzou? I have heard that their new house is a big improvement for them.

Sig Nu is okay, their new house is dope. Just not as popular as theta chi and SAE.

How do you know? Have you seen the inside? The outside looks similar to the old one. I am sure it is nice, but didn't know if you had some inside info...

I will admit I look at things differently, but if it was up to me I would choose ΣΑΕ and ΣΝ over ΘΧ. Nothing against what they have done, it is pretty impressive. But it is hard to compare fraternities that have been on campus for less than a decade to those that have been here over a century. I love tradition, and you just can't get tradition in 10 years. If that is less important to you, then ignore. I would still go with who you feel more comfortable with. That's what will make your choice the right one. Not tradition or popularity. Just my opinion.

I don't get why theta chi is so low key. like they are so much fun and very respectful.
