final aphi vs zeta poll

Zeta has been biting at the bit to move to mid tier forever, aphi is struggling to hold on to their spot in low mid tier. Tiers aside, what house would you rather be in?
Aphi: mid tier with horrendous grades, but likable with both frats and sororities

Zeta: bottom tier, one of the least popular houses on campus due to drama, but has slightly better grades/involvement?
