new member retention

In addition to the bottom three houses being well under both categories (SK, Sigma, Phi Mu) It really looks like Phi Mu is struggling this year. I anticipate only these three houses being able to COB this spring. Just look at the new membership ranks:

1. SK - 205 (high only because it's their first PC)
2. Pi phi, CHi O, Kappa, Aphi, Gphi - all still at quota at 88 PNM
3. theta, Dg, delta - at 86
4. KD, ADPi - at 84
5. AXO - at 83
6. ZTA - at 79 - why did they lose so many girls if they're "on their way up?"
7. Phi Mu - 64
8. Sigma - 58 - OUCH. what happened there?? struggling.

ADPi had a lot of girls drop because of money, i heard. But they have two more freshman girls transferring IN this semester.

I heard that GPhi had girls drop on Bid Day? Is this true?

ZTA always has bad retention.
