Clearly you don't go here so let me tell you how it is. Zeta and Alpha Phi, while not being as involved or making as good grades, they're not dead bottom. A decent number of girls going through recruitment want those houses. Second, AXO is upper mid, they have good recruitments each year, decent grades, and are fairly involved and do well in competitions. KD wavers from bottom mid to mid but they're making a good push towards solid mid if they keep up being involved and making good grades.

And if you were going o move anyone it would be Tri Delt, there's NO WAY they're a top house after the embarrassment of their last recruitment, being on probation, doing poor in grades, and basically coming in dead last for Homecoming and Greek Week. They're falling and they're falling fast.
