This will be based on a few sections. Looks. Hoco/GW. Parties. Grades. Greek Awards. Probation/Trouble.
Fraternities. May be suprising to some. But its the truth. Stereotypes not included, the way it should be.
Top Tier- Beta (barely, no hoco), AEPi, Delt, Phi Kap, suprise inclusion Ag Rho Explanation- (May not have parties, but dominate hoco, top fraternity award at greek honors night)
Upper Middle- Pike, PiKap, FH, Sig Nu, AgSig, Fiji (need better house and time to be top)
Middle-DeltSig, LXA, Sig Ep, KA (Recent trouble), SigChi (Trouble)
Lower Mid- PhiDelt, DU (parties cant carry you), TKE (hoco/gw success)
Next-ATO-Trying, but not there yet.
Smaller Houses ride coattails in hoco/gw, so difficult to rank.

Who keeps pushing SigChi which barely has a house in top 3. Based off what? Common.
Those who have the best parties is just an opinion! Everyone has an opinion on whose frat is best.

How do you justify putting AEPi top tier? They just recently entered the top 10, and Delt shouldn't really be there either.

The original post is at least factual. Based on facts. The rest is opinions of those who stalk this site frequently. That apparently feel the need to place thier house in a higher tier to make themselves feel better about themselves.

Based in awards which really has nothing to do with tiers. Weak fraternities often try really hard at intramurals, homecoming, whatever, but that doesn't make them higher tier.
