Can't figure out why SK, Zeta and APhi ever thought they were anything but bottom tier. I've never heard of any girl ever going through rush aiming for those houses. Their grades, retention and return rates are significantly below legit midtier houses like Kappa, ADPi and AXO.

I went through rush last year and I don't know anyone who aimed for SK Zeta or Alpha Phi. Sorry, but they just aren't quality houses. Sure they usually can fill a pledge class, but they lose so many people.

Heartiest congrats to LOL, who voted so many times on so many computers that she was able to make sure that Zeta didn't fare well in the survey. Here's a reality check though, Hun. Most PNMs consider the entire bunch, including your beloved Alpha Phi, to be just one small step above GDI.

Can you please stop posting as a Zeta when you aren't one? It's one thing to comment here and there but when you're constantly making posts like this it's damaging to a house's reputation. IT IS NOT a Zeta making these posts so please PLEASE girls disregard them. Zetas have made it their purpose to not be on here, please ignore these posts!

Poor alumn, did pnms back in the day look research return rates, GPAs and retention rates before rushing? Because in this decade they look for the houses that have the most fun... Sorry you're so misinformed, maybe you should give this whole Greek rank thing a rest :(
