they aren't assuming they're top... someone made this poll for people to vote. There's a few houses on there aren't top either but none of them "assume" they are

They're a solid upper middle tier house. In the next few years they need to show a consistency with grades, recruitment, and how involved they are with Homecoming and Greek Week to really pose a threat of breaking from upper mid to top tier. Can it be done? Yes. Will it take a lot of work? Yes.

I think the social aspect is a big reason why they aren't top tier. They're last recruitment brought in a lot of very social girls you can always find out and about so in order to really make that push I think they need to keep finding those social girls!

AXO is XO but better imo. They're more social and involved when all else is equal. I know people are still stuck on old tiers but AXO deserves it more than XO does and that's just reality..

It will become reality when PNMs start preffing AXO more than XO. Until then, houses like XO, PiPhi and Theta pretty much get who they want while houses like AXO, Kappa and ADPi have to work a little harder.

In what world does Theta shine during recruitment??!? I know lots of girls who preffed them second, most of which being Kappas and Alpha Chis. The only place theta is actually a top tiered house is on here. Sure they get good grades be do you actually see them in the social scene?

^^ not very accurate. Chi O is a solid top house and gets a majority of the girls they see on pref day
