delt moving into du?
by: Really?Heard delt is moving into DU this year?? How true is that?? Cause if it is true they are going to have some fun parties

Doesn't matter, Delts have the house for the next four years. The earliest DU will get it back is Fall 2021.

Facts:Delts lease on DU lasts for 2 years. Zeta beta Tau is leasing delt house for 1 year. After that 1 year the old delt house will be torn down and a new house will be built. That new house will be finished at the start of the 2019-20 school year. Which at that time the DU lease will be up. DU will attempt to get back on campus at this time and that'll be decided by the university.

This is the closest to "accurate" response so far. Actually DU headquarters has already announced that the fraternity is returning to campus in the Fall of 2018. All members will live in dorms for one year. DU will then re-occupy the house in the Fall of 2019. So the Delt lease is for 2 years.
