dropping rates
by: pnmwhy did so many tri delts drop? And what other houses have a bad retention rate? I had a lot of girls from my high school go tri delta and I like them from what I've seen but if I got a bid there I'm not sure if it would be worth taking since from what I've read they've lost a lot of girls?

girls drop because before when tridelt was a top house, girls wanted to rush there regardless if it was the right fit for them. IMO girls drop because they were closed minded and didn't find the right house meant for them. so stay off greek rank before it happens to you. don't let greek rank or tiers stop you from rushing somewhere that's right for you

The tridelt situation was a once in a blue moon type thing, everyone typically loses a very SMALL fraction of girls due to reasons such as realizing Greek life is too much commitment, transferring back home/to a different school, etc, That's natural but the tridelt drop wasn't, the first poster said it best

No.... it was mostly seniors that left because the younger girls wanted to change their image
