Is Beta considered the top house only because of money? Of the guys I've met, I haven't been impressed. They are mostly weird guys who got in because of daddy's salary. Am I the only one who thinks this?

Their new house is the fifth largest Greek house in the country though, so they have that.

I agree with this...their house is so nice that's it's almost weird to party in and the guys know they're rich so they really act stuck up...

the sophomore pledge class has stepped it up and are doing better about throwing down.. their annex parties especially the christmas party was bigger than they've ever had. and the guys just care a lot about their grades cause they are actually going somewhere in life. plus no matter what they pull girls in top houses because of how rich they all are

they might not be as hot as phi kap and sig chi but top tier girls still flock there cause they're so rich

One time I was at Beta and asked for a beer and a guy laughed in my face and said "not for girls"

Sorry but just because you're rich doesn't mean you can belittle everyone else...

I've never felt like they act stuck up towards me but they do have some pretty awkward guys......my friend went to their formal and it was awful
