um i dont actually know anyone in zta. there is this girl in one of my classes that i think might be in it but im not sure and we havnt really talked much or anything. i tried looking for the recruitment chair email so i could just email, because thats worked for me for other sororities, but i cant find it. so is there anything else i can do or.... idk.

they dont have any email adresses for anyone on their site so i figure maybe they took them off .

I have no actual clue, but if I had to guess, they have about 20 more girls than low tier houses, but 20-30 less than top tier houses. Not super far below mid tier but still less members than others. I guess some got kicked out and some dropped and they took a hit 2 years ago in recruitment. I'm assuming they just wanted more girls so when fall rush comes around there numbers put them back in the mid-top range in #'s where they use to be.

They have to COB cause PHA increased the number of girls that have to be in the house as a whole. They reached well over quota in the fall but older girls have dropped and some haven't come back to mizzou/ transferred so they wanted more girls. They are still being extremely selective (as usual).

They're being PICKY. They're not even tabling or holding events. Just doing interviews. And you've got to know an SK to get an interview or you have to ask one to recommend you.
