Newsflash- tiers are figgity because they don't take into account what a pnm wants in a house. Some girls want a really social house, some girls want more academic focus, some girls want a really wholesome, sisterly experience. EVERY HOUSE HAS ITS STRENGTH AND WEAKNESSES. That being said, houses may not be that fluid in their aspects-strengths and weaknesses- but the girls in the houses ARE. There are extremely social girls, smart girls, and all around great girls in every single gd house. That being said, in my unbiased opinion, these are the sectioned off rankings (not exact, could be wrong)
Social
Top- gphi, tridelt, aphi, dg, piphi
Mid- chi o, kappa, zeta, axo, adpi
Bottom- sk, tri sig, phi mu, theta, kappa delta
Academics (changes so often, only top and bottom is definite)
Top- theta, piphi, chio, adpi
Mid- kappa, axo, phi mu, sk, gphi, zeta, dg, tri delt
Bottom- aphi, tri sig
Well Rounded
Top- chio, axo, phi mu, kappa, piphi
Mid- aphi, kappa delta, tri delt, sk, dg, theta
Bottom- zeta, gphi, tri sig
Involved (competitions etc.)
Top- chi o, adpi, aphi, kappa, tri delt, theta, sk
Mid- axo, pi phi, kd, phi mu, tri sig
Bottom- zeta, dg, gphi
Now you may disagree with this, and that's GOOD. I hope everyone has had different POSITIVE experiences in each chapter, but this is an overview of different chapters strengths. Most importantly, you don't really know a chapter until you're in it, so outside speculation really isn't even fair or warranted.

There are no non-social houses. Every house has social girls, but the members of the best houses are social and so much more.
