I'm an incoming freshman and im rushing. My high school gpa was a 3.3.BUT I was v active in high school. WIll my gpa ruin my chances of anything good, or can my personality and conversations save me? Thanks !

It's kinda hard to say what chances you'll have in each house. That gpa is not the worst but it's also not the best. In my opinion you'll still have plenty of choices but a sorority like Theta might not take you because they're known to have very high gpas.

Last year I rushed with the same gpa as you. There were a couple houses that cut me right off the bat for grades but overall it didn't limit me that much.
