between 2 houses... cant decide

I have a informal bids for delta chi and SAE, and others but these are my top 2... I havnt heard anything really about delta chi, but liked the guys. SAE however, they seemed more fun and their house is one of the nicest/biggest houses on campus, guys were cool. Just would like to hear some serious opinions from anyone

SAE is like a top 10, if not its def like upper middle. and one of the relevant fraternities on campus

I'd put SAE in top 7. Both are involved, but SAE has a way nicer house and better parties

Would love to give an opinion, but i dont know enough about delta chi. But SAE is a good house

Delta Chi is ok; in my opinion they are still trying to develop. I know a few SAE guys and you cant go wrong with joining them; great tailgates and house parties
