truth about zeta

The thing about Zeta is that they seem extremely hated on campus but they're not... The truth is, Zeta is not a "top" house during rush. They lose a lot of their main targets to other houses, such as Gphi, Aphi, DG, and other houses. Lately even lost pnms to SK and Phi Mu! And I'm not saying all these house cross rush, I'm saying that Zeta loses their big targets to them... Why? Because they lack a certain appeal. Yes, they 100% get some good looking PNMs that are social. But appearances only show the surface. When you look at grades or involvement you see that Zeta is on the lower half of the scale because many of their girls prioritize being social over academics, involvement, etc. And that's why they tend to lose their big targets. Really strong PNMs want to be a part of a house that's not just known for partying. That being said, APhi also loses A LOT of pnms to more academic houses and involved! because of what I just explained. Aphi is known for not caring for academics, and that is big to some pnms. By all means, no hate on APHI and Zeta!!!! Its the truth. There are NO bad houses!
