Of course the new houses are an improvement and of course they will help both of these sororities have an uptick in recruitment. I think this thread is the perfect example of how one sick woman permeates every topic with her hatred of Zeta. Anyone who is reading this needs to understand it is not the prevailing attitude of Greektown, just one woman's opinion. Both DG and Zeta have struggled in the past. Both are doing much better now. Congrats to the girls on their new abodes and for the support of their alums in getting the new houses done so that they may be even more competitive in August. Rush is going to be FUN!

As someone involved in Greek construction at Mizzou, front yards are nice and all. But properties in Greektown and Fraternity Row are rare and valuable. You may only get 1 chance in a hundred years to build new and a yard doesn't help the bottom line. It would be nice to have both but that's just not feasible. Mizzou may have done better to expand Greektown when they tore down Laws, Lathrop, and Jones than build new dorms lol.

And thats why DG will do well, and zeta won't. Despite the new houses. Zeta is a bottom tier house and the girls need to change their overall attitudes to gain ground. Just look at sigma. Sigma has a new house, they are still struggling
