rushing as a sophomore transfer

is it really difficult to get into a top or middle tier sorority if I'm transferring in as a sophomore? Or is there like a quota of sophomores they accept?

I hear top/middle tier are aphi, gphi, tri delta, dg, pi phi, zeta, chi o (not sure if this is true)

As long as your grades are high and you have A LOT to offer you will do fine.
