soooo based on this list it looks like the nice, involved girls typically go Chi O, Kappa, Adpi or Theta (all very comparable houses differ slightly in each reputation--> Chi O- funny, Kappa- housewives, Adpi- competitive, Theta- involved)

The girls that want to party and be loved by the frats go tri delt, g phi, dg or pi phi (again, very comparable houses but differ slightly: tri delt- hottest house on campus, g phi- biggest partiers, dg- also big partiers but slightly off the radar because of trouble they've gotten into, pi phi- smartest, classiest among this group, could also be placed in the above group because of grades)

I would say these are the top 8 houses. Depending on what you value in a sorority the order among these will differ

do girls not get that nobody likes theta except theta?

I think its more of tiers, since i know theres some clear divisions there at least:

Top: Chi O, Pi Phi, Tri Delt, Kappa
near top: ADPi, Theta
above mid: GPhi, DG
Mid: APhi
Low mid: AXO, KD
Low: ZTA, Phi mu, sigma

No Idea, but I don't think SK should be last, I'm not ranking them in there at all.

top: chi o tri delt kappa pi phi (in no order)
top middle : adpi theta (no order)
middle: gphi aphi zeta dg (in order)
low middle: KD AXO (in no order)
Low : phi mu tri sigma SK

Sorry, Zeta is not mid tier. Bottom for sure. Just b/c self promoters keep posting over and over that their "hot" pledge class has moved them up, doesn't make it true.

Zeta is mid tier now and AXO and KD are still trying to do what other sororities who were once ranked below them have done.... move up, IMPROVE, get hot girls, and better pledge classes. Your jealousy is very transparent. You're doing it to Zeta now (the year they get the better pledge class), and you did it to Sigma last year (when they got the better pledge class). Not classy or cool. Just accept some houses in recent years have done better and some haven't. Maybe next year will be your year?? Or maybe Cobing for the 100th time in a row will get you some decent looking members. Best of luck.
