Top: Beta, Phi Kap (moving up, best house in greektown)
Lower Top: DU, Pike, KA, Sig Chi (down year b/c of probation)
Upper Mid: Delt, AEPi, Pi Kap
Mid: Lambda Chi, Sig Ep, FH
Lower Mid: Sig Nu, Phi Delt, Delt Sig
Lower: irrelevant

AEPi really as good as delt and Pi kap? I'm not saying they aren't I just haven't ever been over there

Who cares. Can we just say

Beta, phi kap, sig chi: best all around guys and nicest houses and still have good parties

Du, pike, KA: best party guys. Not best all around but throw the best parties

Delt, aepi, Pi kap: nice guys with solid parties but not top quality guys and not top quality parties. Well rounded though and do well in hoco/gw

LXA, FH, sig ep: mostly good guys with decent parties. Do well in competitions

Sig Nu, delt sig, phi delt: mostly hit or miss on guys, can throw some good parties

Don't know the rest well enough but all these houses are great to decent. Also ranking in tiers is just stupid. It's just different strokes for different folks
