PiPhi, ChiO. GPhi and Theta will have their usual great recruitment and get exactly the girls they want. TriDelt, Kappa and ADPi won't be far behind. That's what the return rates tell us each and every year. The rest of the houses are pretty irrelevant. DG seems to be on the upswing, APhi seems to be dropping and the rest are treading water. With fewer PNMs going through rush, the bottom tier houses will have to try extra hard in order to make quota. Best of luck to everyone.

All I know is what the Panhell reports tell us. And considering where those houses "that have made great strides" started, well, there was no where to go but up.

You forgot axo as a house to watch. They have had noticeable outstanding recruitments the last few years. Not in the house so I don't know their return rates but I would rank them up there as a first choice for PNMs, and up there with the rest for getting the girls they want.

AXO is in the top 6, according to the Panhell report. Definitely a house to watch. And to all of those who deny there is a Panhell report, give it a rest. Just because you don't like what it says doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Save your breath.

Just because someone says something nice about a house doesn't mean they're in that house and self ranking. Stop feeling so threatened and insecure about your own chapter and realize that nice, mature people exist and have positive things to say about other houses.

^ retweet. I love it when all the houses do well because we are a community. It seriously bugs me when people intentionally put down a house because let's admit it, no chapter is perfect and all have a flaw or too. I personally just want everyone to love their chapter as much as I love mine.

I guess I have to apologize for not memorizing the return rates when they were read at chapter two months ago. Never saw them, just heard them.I do recall PiPhi and ChiO were 1 and 2. Which is hardly a surprise.

The information gets passed around on the DL yes but saying it was distributed at CHAPTER makes me think you aren't even an alum but a GDI

I don't think anyone said it was "distributed" at chapter, merely referenced. But, hey, I thought you were there and knew everything that goes on. Or perhaps those words are too big for you to understand.

The rest are treading water?
You make it sound like any of those "irrelevant" houses don't have a chance, which is FAR from the truth.
Take a closer look at which houses have dropped in general (A Phi, G Phi, Tri Delt) and had to COB and offer snap bids this past year. These are also the ones who've dropped in GPA and their scholarship rankings are in the toilet.
NOW, let's look at what you describe as "irrelevant" houses who have made great strides and are continually improving - KD, Phi Mu, SK - in competitions, grades and reputation.
Get a grip on reality "This is what we know" - you know NOTHING!
