something nice about each house:)

by: beepositive

I just don't think we say enough nice things about each chapter and it would be good for the PNMs to know that every chapter has positives and wonderful women in them!! So feel free to comment and put what positive qualities each house has!!
Alpha Chi Omega- very chill girls, you can find a lot of them out having fun with each other on the weekend
Alpha Delta Pi- very involved on campus and always does fairly well in homecoming
Alpha Phi- beautiful girls that are really down to earth
Chi Omega- super smart and outgoing girls who aren't afraid to be themselves
Delta Delta Delta- gorgeous girls who know how to have fun
Delta Gamma- always has a great fling for homecoming and Greek Week; some very talented girls in this chapter!
Gamma Phi Beta- these girls have the cutest clothes and are all real bubbly
Kappa Alpha Theta- very smart and friendly girls; despite being known for their strong academics a lot of them can be found out and about on the weekends having a good time
Kappa Kappa Gamma- very involved and outgoing
Phi Mu- some of the funniest girls on campus that have bright personalities
Sigma Sigma Sigma- happy girls with a wide range of personalities and interests that make everyone feel welcomed
Sigma Kappa- involved on campus and very nice
Zeta Tau Alpha- sweet girls who will talk to anyone and girls that absolutely know how to have fun and spontaneous

Talk about damning with faint praise. If you can't REALLY say something nice about each chapter, best to shut up.

My viewpoint (in alphabetical order)
Alpha Chi Omega: Consistently places in both competitions and Top 10 in grades. This house has been steadily improving over the years, both in quality and recognition. All of the AChiO's I know are obsessed with being AChiO's.

ADPi: Sporty, fun, involved. ADPi's may be quiet all year round, but when it comes time for HoCo and GW you know these ladies will go all out. I see lots of ADPi's in leadership positions in and around campus. They consistently raise lots of money for their philanthropy too.
Alpha Phi: You ever need someone to cheer you up and show you a good time? Look no further than Alpha Phi. Girls who are beautiful on both the inside and out. All of the APhi's I know are super sweet, and truly love their sisters.
Chi Omega: Very well-rounded members. Rank Top 5 in grades every semester. It seems they place in GW and HoCo, almost every year too. Will likely find every type of girl in this house, yet they all seem to mesh really well together. Chi O's always seem to be doing big things on campus.
Tri Delta: Stunningly beautiful girls. Tri Delt's are more than just their party-girl image though. The current Student Vice Body President is a Tri Delt. They also consistently raise a crap ton of money for St. Jude every year. One of the better sisterhoods on campus.

Will finish in another post or two.

Delta Gamma: Honestly love DG. They always come out with the coolest lectureship series, I mean c'mon they had Tim Gunn one year! They are extremely sweet girls, and are always friends with girls in other chapters. Super involved in a variety of campus-wide activities, ASB, SteerCo's, cheerleading, etc.. Also, how fun is Anchor Splash?

GPhi: So fricken' fun oh my. GPhi's truly know how to make the most in life. The most outgoing, and social girls on campus. Also they are downright gorgeous. Really working on improving their philanthropy, and overall image. One of the largest GPhi chapters in the nation.

Kappa Delta: Have dramatically improved over the years. Always place in competitions. Honestly, some of the most fun-loving and funniest girls I know are in KD. Sincerely love their sisterhood, and would do anything for their sisters. Some of the best house decs, every year.

KKG: Ok, so how many years has Kappa won GW now? I really like their philanthropy involving the Cedar Creek Therapeutic Riding Center, so unique, and they seem so dedicated to helping others. Will always find a Kappa to study, or go out with. A good mix of personalities, and styles in this house.

Phi Mu: Phi Mu is the fastest improving chapter on this campus. Have recently been placing in the Top 10 of grades, and placing in more and more competitions. I know this has been said before, but Phi Mu's are THE nicest, and most caring girls on campus. Also, they are obsessed with their philanthropy!

Pi Beta Phi: Well-rounded, cool, and most stylish girls on campus. Consistently great recruitment. They place in the Top 3 of grades every semester, and low key raise a lot of money for their philanthropy. I've also heard they've been named a top Pi Phi chapter in the nation, idk??

Sigma Kappa: Honestly, some of the most self-confident girls I know are Sigma Kappa's. Have an IDGAF kinda attitude (not a bad thing), that serves them well. Raise SO MUCH money for their philanthropy, top SK fundraising chapter. An eclectic mix of personalties in this house, but overall a top notch sisterhood.

Tri Sigma: Most welcoming, and open sisterhood on this campus. It is just me, or does there always seems to be at least one Tri Sigma on the PHA Exec Board? Also, there late night Kindergarten dinner is one of the best late-night food philanthropies on campus. Overall, sweet and outgoing girls.

Zeta Tau Alpha: Zeta's truly care about each other and their philanthropy. Raised almost $50,000 in the past 2 years for Breast Cancer Education/Awareness. Super pretty girls, who can always be found having a good time. Zeta girls make wonderful life long friends. HOW COOL DOES THEIR NEW HOUSE LOOK.
