junior going through recruitment??

So I am going to be a junior this fall, and I've always thought sorority was right for me, but I wasn't able to rush freshman or sophomore year because of all my extra-curriculars. I'm planning to rush this fall! My mom was in a sorority (but we don't have her chapter) and I have a few friends from a lot of different houses on campus. I'm very involved and my GPA is about a 3.85. Does anybody have any tips on how I can still get a bid even with being a junior?

Be yourself, and remember that Mizzou's Greek system has excellent sororities to choose from. ALL of them! You may not get what is considered a "top tier" house, but most certainly you can find the right girls/house for you.

If you don't get a bid from a sorority you can feel comfortable with, you may want to consider COB.

Some houses will consider sophs and juniors, many won't. I wouldn't spend the money or the time going through recruitment unless you will consider every house in every tier, because it's unlikely the top houses will consider you. Harsh, yes. But the truth.
