athlete going through recruitment
by: EekEvery woman in my family has joined a sorority and I really wanna keep the legacy of being Greek going (whether or not I get my legacy house). The only thing is i'all be an athlete at the university. I know it's a blessing to have this opportunity, but joining a sorority isn't an experience I'm willing to give up on in college. Are there any other athletes that figured out time issues to 1. Do recruitment 2. Have time to participate a worthwhile amount?

I've known soccer players, cheerleaders, Golden Girls, etc. that have all gone through recruitment! The Pi Chi's and PHA will all work around your schedule.. Usually you can make it to all the houses/parties but sometimes you do miss them. Most houses won't drop you because of this, but some do. Just depends! Go through recruitment, you seriously won't regret it.

The difference between being an NCAA Div. 1 athlete and a Golden Girl or cheerleader is the difference between night and day. No comparison.
