tiers and greekweek pairings?

Do you think the the tiers will be effected by the pairings?
The pledges will be hanging out with the pairing houses for quite a bit. Surely the boys and girls will become close friends. Could houses like phi mu go up because Theta Chi and Kappa Sig or like Pike&ADPi?
