I would assume an ordinary girl gorgeous or not, who doesn't model or do anything special and has over 4000+ followers probably bought some. I do get that some people are very popular but no one is that popular tbh.

I think it is hard to tell when someone buys likes/ followers. Some of the girls in those houses are or were Golden girls, cheerleaders, in student government, participated in pageants etc that gain you followers who you don't even know. So short of having a private setting, you can't tell ...
